Submit the Transport Form (If School Transport needs to be availed).

6 Pass port size color photos.
Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation or M.R.O.
From class II to VII record sheet or T.C.
Caste certificate if belongs to S.C/S.T/B.C or any other backward caste.
Photocopy of the present school final exam report card of two previous classes and current year's report card for class I to IX
